I have been on a mission, looking for new shoes.
I really wanted another pair on Keen's which I LOVE! I just couldn't find a pair that I thought would look nice with nice pants, and be comfy enough to wear to work.
I never thought I would ever order a pair of shoes on line, but I found a great on line source. It is off of Amazon, called TheShoePlanet.com. I ordered a pair of Doc Marten's, and a few days later here they are.
My husband said they were the ugliest pair of shoes he has ever seen. After all that love and support for my new shoes ... I wore them out and about for some errands today and I think they are gonna work for me. (PS ... I don't like HIS shoes either!)
Ok, a couple of things....
ReplyDelete1) boys don't know about shoes (they have 4-5 shoes total (flip flops, brown, black, work boots and possibly a VERY old pair of dress shoes that you bought for him)
2)these are sassy pants shoes and i heart them. you probably got a great deal which always endears us to shoes even more...go ahead and love on them. maybe set them on the bed tonight and just give him the "uh huh" look.

Well, I love them. I admired from afar (the other end of room 20). I once bought a pair of Mickey Mouse mary janes when I worked in a special ed high school class. I wore them for the kids of course. My hubby said that those shoes took the meaning "for better or worse" to a whole new level. :-)
