This is one of our favorite things to do at the end of summer ... make salsa. This year I was the salsa queen! I have made two patches so far and I see another one in the not so far future. There is nothing better than fresh salsa, with vegetables from your garden. I have to admit I did purchase the garlic and the onion.
Last year I tried my hand at home made pickles that are ohhh so tasty! Summer just slipped by so quickly this year and I have yet to call and see if the pickling cucumbers are still available. I
would still like to make another round this year.
With my little stamping addiction I was thinking it would be fun to find a pickle stamp ... oh yes, I am sure they are easy to find ... arghhhhhh. A pickle tag with a little santa hat on it, would be so gosh darn cute for Christmas. Well, if not this year maybe next year! ... until then we will be enjoying our salsa!
